1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using MantraLock ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

MantraLock is a spiritual wellness application that:

Blocks selected apps until you complete a brief sadhana
Presents Bhagavad Gita shlokas matched to your emotional state
Guides you through sacred mantra recitation
Tracks your sadhana streaks and progress

3. Wellness Disclaimer

IMPORTANT: MantraLock is a spiritual wellness and screen-time management tool. It is NOT medical treatment. It is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Consult a healthcare professional for medical or mental health concerns. If you experience distress, discontinue use and seek help.

4. User Accounts

You must be 13 years or older to use MantraLock
You must provide accurate information during registration
You are responsible for your account security and all activity under it
Delete your account anytime: Profile > Settings > Delete Account

5. Subscriptions and Payments

Billed through Apple App Store
Plans: Monthly ($4.99/month), Annual ($29.99/year), Lifetime ($79.99 one-time)
Monthly and Annual plans include a 3-day free trial
Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled 24 hours before the end of the current period
Cancel via iOS Settings > [Your Name] > Subscriptions > MantraLock
Refunds managed by Apple App Store

6. Screen Time and App Blocking

MantraLock uses the iOS Family Controls / Screen Time API. You choose which apps to block. MantraLock does NOT access or store data from your blocked apps. Do not block emergency apps (Phone, Messages).

7. Spiritual Content

Shlokas are sourced from publicly available translations. AI-powered mood matching is for spiritual enrichment, not psychological diagnosis.

8. User Conduct

You agree not to hack, reverse engineer, misrepresent, or scrape content from MantraLock.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, design, and functionality are owned by MantraLock. The Bhagavad Gita is public domain; our translations, matching system, and presentation are proprietary.

10. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The App is provided "AS IS" without warranties. MantraLock shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, missed communications, or damages exceeding the amount paid in the preceding 12 months.

11. Governing Law

Governed by the laws of the State of Telangana, India.

12. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
